Went to the weigh in yesterday and confirmed I've lost 15 pounds already.  I'm impressed what watching my calories and eating healthier will do.
 I know it won't always be this easy, but it's a nice start.  Need to get on the ball with some exercise despite the sore foot.  Did a bit of work in the yard today until my foot started to hurt.  I have a vacation to Jamaica coming up in a week and a half.  I hope I don't fall off the wagon and get run over!  If I do, it's only for 5 days and I'll have almost 3 weeks to recover.  If nothing else, I think I have the right mindset for sustained weight loss.  Until next week...

I was sick with a cold most of this week.  Seems Zicam delayed the onset and lessened the symptoms at least.  Still not much of a sense of taste.  Not much logging of my food on Vitabot.  Think I'm still doing OK on the weight loss.  Not sure though.  I bought a battery for our scale and it still didn't turn on.  Haven't decided on a new scale so I've only weighed myself once since the weigh in.  Tuesday, our "health coach" is at work, so I will get my weight then.  Broken foot is better, but still not great.  Still need to get in gear with some exercise.  Going to Aladdin's again tomorrow, a coworker friend is excited to try it.  Looking forward to the weigh in.  Hope to see less of all of you than the initial weigh in!

Today wasn't a good day in regards to healthy eating. I have a much easier time eating healthier during the week.  As an added bonus, I think I'm coming down with a cold.  Been using Zicam, hoping it works.  Tomorrow will be a better day.  Looking forward to dinner tomorrow, could use some more help on making healthy choices.

Watched the Super Bowl surrounded by lots of junk food.  (And a veggie tray). Indulged in too much junk and now it seems like I'm paying for it.  Stomach doesn't feel too great.  Also had one glass of my beloved Pepsi and it didn't taste right to me.  That should help me stay away from it!  I will get back on the healthy bandwagon tomorrow.
