Already 16 ounces of water down today. Trying to get closer to my recommend amount of water today. I've also starting eating within 30 minutes of waking up. Not sure if it is helping yet or not. It doesn't seem like it. Little steps, they told me. Little steps will keep the momentum in the right direction. Here's hoping they are right.
