Still maintaining.   Seem to lack the motivation to take it to the next level.  Not sure where to find it either.   Knowing that I'm feeling better with eating isn't helping.

I'm back off the exercise wagon.  I'm not eating very healthy either.  I'm not snacking whenever I see food, but the foods I do eat aren't good choices.  Need to get to the store to get some healthy foods.  Just haven't felt like it.  Fustrating thing is that I feel better when I eat better, and I still can't force myself to eat better.

I'm slowly getting better about getting exercise in on an  daily basis.  Still no measurable change on the scale.  Started weighing myself too often too which was making me crazy.  Must weigh myself no more than once a week.  I'm still horrible about drinking enough water.  Just doesn't appeal to me enough to remember and force myself.

Finally starting to get back on track with my exercise.  I've exercised every day since Tuesday.  So far today, exercise has been in the form of moving some furniture to rearrange a room in my house.  I did work up a sweat.  I plan to get on the exercise bike or take the dog for a walk later as well.  So far, a daily reminder set up on my phone has done the trick.  And when I don't feel like it, I've reminded myself... The time to exercise is when you least feel like it.  The scale isn't as kind to me.  Seems I'm up from last time?  Hopefully more muscle!
