I've started exercising finally. Mostly walking. So far, around 30 minutes a day, more days than not. I'm curious to find out Tuesday how much I weigh. I feel better and know I've lost inches. Enjoyed taking the dogs to the Metroparks both days this weekend. Walking somewhere other than the city streets is so much more enjoyable to me
